With 15-years of experience in the beauty industry, I have had the luxury of being raised professionally in an entrepreneurial environment. From my first job with Paul Mitchell, as its Director of Signature Salons, my passion is the beauty of blending both the analytical and creative thought process. Being inspired by all aspects of marketing, I took on projects to immerse myself into working cross-functionally with all departments.
My greatest skill, which translates to many functions, is my ability to view projects from a 360° overview of the company’s objective, as well as their resources. Being organized to the level of an art form, allows me to process, project, communicate & design projects with great efficiency and outcome. Experience, in all aspects of marketing, creative project, merchandising, and trade show management, allows me to engage cross-departmental teams with respect, trust, and flexibility.
In my most recent position, at L’ANZA Healing Haircare, working closely with creative, operations, sales and finance, I led the following:
- Concept Salon Program (Healing Center Program): Objective, Strategy, Tactics, P&L, Execution
- Creative Project Management: Objective, Assessment, Project Plan, Creative Briefs, Communications, and Leadership
- Marketing: Branding & Product Launches, Salon Merchandising, Brand Standards & Stories, and Visual Direction
- Trade Show & Events: Budgets, Forecasting, Design, Audio-Visual, Logistics and Project/Process Efficiencies
One position clearly defines my core values of being an exceptional manager and leader: the role as a business owner for nine years. From start-up to the acquisition, I truly understand the value of a dollar, an hour, resources, risks, and tenacity it takes to run a business.
